*Group Lessons – Scheduling Policy
Group lessons are held on set days and times each week.
Students may not reschedule or make up missed group classes.
24-hour notice is appreciated if you know you'll be absent.
In some cases, and at the tutor’s discretion, a 30-minute remedial session may be offered within the following calendar week, subject to availability.
Same-day or last-minute absences are considered missed lessons and are non-refundable.
No refunds are offered for missed or canceled group lessons.
You are welcome to change class levels at any time.
You can also upgrade to private 1-on-1 lessons whenever you like, and any amount already paid toward another package will be credited toward the upgrade.
